A 'full-on' fitness class that not only will melt away the fat, but will increase your fitness level and teach you how to punch and kick the right way. Unlike karate, this is a casual class, no uniform required, just comfortable cool clothing and a keen spirit.
Anyone can participate in this class, we have people of all ages and fitness levels already enjoying what it has to offer. We do encourage people to just work at their own pace!
Primarily the difference between cardio kickboxing and our karate program is that it is a fitness/exercise class, it's not going to teach you how to become 'the ultimate fighter".
